Custom Supervisor Playlists

Playlists of microlearnings were mapped directly towards the areas of development and performance the Essig Family McDonalds wanted to see. By ordering the microlearnings into meaningful paths, the sequence is designed to build each topic on the foundation of the previous one.

Content Campaign

Great Plains Business Unit is a multi-ownership group of McDonald’s franchises. We delivered a comprehensive year long learning plan that incorporated a variety of learning modes. Each engagement was built around workshops that were delivered quarterly in person. All other learning was delivered to their phones through email or text. The learning solutions varied from articles, videos, blogs, podcast, or microlearnings and designed to be easily and quickly consumable.

Live Events

In 2022, we designed and delivered live presentations to over 1400 participantss at the McDonald’s Denver Field Office General Manager Leadership Summit at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. This included five different on stage presentations for a total of 20 sessions delivered in one day. Each presentation was specifically designed to meet the developmental and motivational goals set by the client’s leadership. We incorporated interactivity, inspiration, education, and fun to deliver meaningful learning for the McDonald’s front-line managers.
